Looking for high volume document prodcution staff to join our team. The indexer utilizes Adobe Acrobat to modify PDF files, Excel to track production, and Internet Explorer to move files and folders to prepare loan files for review.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- High volume document scanning and prepping.
- Data processing
- Review all pre-existing indexing bookmarks for accuracy to ensure documents are identified properly for Underwriting
- Delete any bookmarks that were improperly labeled or duplicated.
- Add the appropriate bookmark according to a pre-established format.
- Identify any documentation not previously indexed that may be of importance to the analysis of the loan file
- Imaging loan files
- Open PDFs in appropriate work folders, process, and save them to folders for QC.
- 3 years of office experience and utlization of scanning equipment
- Data entry experience in a high volume environment.
- Common office computer applications
