Bcforward is highly seeking for Marketing Manager in Chicago IL

Position: Marketing Manager

Location: 111 Monroe West WFH then going to be hybrid eventually, will get 30-day notice

Duration: 12+ months Possible extend or convert to FTE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead ATM Channel Marketing Strategies & Execution
  • Design to market strategies to promote customer benefits and features to drive adoption and utilization of the ATM Channel
  • Develop sustainment strategy for ATM partner investments to drive awareness, engagement, and account acquisition
  • Develop always on ATM campaign strategy
  • Collaborate with ATM Channel partner to improve customer UX in the channel and increase NPS
  • Collaborate and drive thought leadership with product marketing partners to optimize campaigns in the ATM channel
  • Develop messaging guidelines and best practices for campaigns and messaging in the channel
  • Stay abreast of trends, industry best practices and innovation with regards to ATM channels and marketing
  • Support development and execution of Branch Channel Marketing Strategy & Programs
  • Support execution of end-to-end campaigns through managing creative agencies (internal and external) and media buying agencies
  • Design an integrated marketing and communications approach
  • Develop ATM plans as part of holistic marketing strategies and campaigns with product, brand, and sponsorship marketing partners to drive business and customer objectives
  • Work in collaboration with partners outside of marketing to deliver a holistic internal and external communication strategy (Channels, Corporate Communications, Sales Effectiveness, Corporate Real Estate) for ATM renovations and expansion
  • Lead annual planning and day to day operations with regards to ATM/Branch marketing
  • Work in collaboration with Branch & ATM channel line of business partners to drive annual plans and monthly updates
  • Track return on marketing investments and effectiveness on driving business KPIs
  • Lead Day to day partner & stakeholder management
  • Lead the development of a reporting dashboard on trends, performance and lessons learned
  • Develop and employ new processes to drive operational efficiencies & excellence
  • 3-5+ years of Marketing Experience (in Financial Services preferred)
  • Channel marketing experience preferred
  • Marketing strategy planning - annual and campaign
  • Ability to manage Marketing initiatives/campaigns end to end through full cycle of planning, campaign design, execution, tracking and monitoring, lessons learn.
  • Excellent understanding of the interdependency of Marketing with other business/product partners
  • Experienced in Marketing tactics including digital, print, advertising, and merchandising
