Marketing Assistant / Administrative Assistant
Dynamic Center City Financial Printing Company is looking for a motivated, dependable associate. Very diverse duties, working as a key member of our team, in our casual though sometimes high-pressure atmosphere. We also serve as a “back office” for several small business and non-profit organizations, offering database management and meeting coordination.
Individual will perform a variety of tasks including electronic filing of financial disclosure documents through the Securities and Exchange Commission’s EDGAR system, HTML electronic filings and typesetting (training will be provided); coordination of printing jobs; phone reception; small business administration. Familiarity with PCs, Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat necessary, HTML knowledge, social media and online marketing, CRM, MAC platform a plus. Evenings and weekend hours sometimes necessary. Ability to manage multiple projects and interact with corporate clients in a smooth and professional manner a must. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and sense of humor essential.
- Entry level admin experience
- Experience with social media and online marketing
- Experience with editing websites
- Assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.
