TITLE Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager DESCRIPTION Position Summary: The Manager of FP&A will be a key member of the Finance team, leading critical areas of the company’s Financial Planning and Analysis functions. As a senior member of the finance team, the position will play a key role as the financial advisor and as a strategic business partner driving financial administration, budgeting/planning/forecasting, managerial reporting, and analysis/modeling, as well as helping with business strategy and decision support. The role will be an advisor to both senior operating and finance leadership responsible for evaluating and assisting with financial plans and economic modeling. The ideal candidate is an energetic critical thinker, highly analytical, skilled in driving process improvements, who demonstrates the drive, business acumen, and people capability to deliver results Essential Functions: Oversee budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the organizations strategic plan. Work with senior leadership and finance leadership to develop plans to achieve financial and business goals. Interpret, present and explain financial results to finance and segments leadership. Work side-by side with the Business Team and/or Finance personnel to fully understand the business and support the financial goals and objectives, including financial planning and performance measurement. Develop and implement controls to support these goals/objectives as needed. Provide analysis and support for developing ideas, programs and projects. Partner with business leaders to evaluate investment opportunities and cost savings initiatives to maximize resources and create efficiencies. Entrepreneurial approach to developing innovative solutions to meet customer/business needs. Develop tools and processes to provide critical financial and operational information to Senior Management and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operational matters. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen Proven experience driving business performance in a high growth environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Qualifications: MBA or master’s degree in Finance or Accounting 8-10+ years of relevant financial and operational experience supporting a business and business functions 6+ years of management experience within a FP&A position Financial services experience Please email your background to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]
