Our well established client is looking to hire a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to their team. The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will report to the Director, Financial Reporting and is an integral role that is responsible for and supports overall financial and operational planning and analysis, and performance measurements. The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis primary responsibilities include the company's financial forecasts, budgets, statements of financial activity and position, as well as monthly consolidated reporting which leads to accurate business decision-making and effective communications with key stakeholders. In addition you will be a key player in the overall financial planning efforts, culminating in approval of the annual corporate budget. Assess the companies performance against the annual budget, forecast, and KPI’s and provide strategic input on potential course corrections and reallocation opportunities. Have the ability to prepare major financial presentations and reports to senior management. Assist with the preparation of the annual consolidated audited financial statements for the company and attend financial and operational reviews to identify potential cost savings and operational efficiencies through synergies across business units. Create financial templates to drive consistency throughout the organization. Keep staff informed on current financial results and trends from an enterprise and macro perspective, while closely monitoring deviations from budgets and plans. Requirements

KEY QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or similar fields. • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required • MBA, CPA, or equivalent additional experience preferred • Major Financial Systems application knowledge (Jedox or Great Plains or similar applications a plus) • General knowledge of all accounting functions and related GAAP requirements • Superior oral and written skills • Advanced knowledge of excel, as well as database/cube reporting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
