This is a Loan Servicing Specialist III position on the electronic side of the house. The electronic side is all data entry and auditing of mortgage documents. 10 key is a must as each document in the batch will be given a code, based on content/information. The processor needs to recognize what it is (i.e. tax forms, HUD, Title, etc) and the remember the code associated to it. They will be auditing forms and batches that are coming through the system. Processors will be graded on production, quality, adherence and attendance if they want to be on track to go full time. The best person will need to be very detailed oriented, able to handle high volume pace of life, speed and a proven track record (attendance) is a must. This is an important position!
Best candidates need to have a background of production driven, etc.
