Robert Half Finance Accounting is working with a small community banking organization that is looking for a Commercial Loan Administrator. Daily duties of the Commercial Loan Administrator will be responsible for processing loan documents using Laser Pro software, preparing loan files with all necessary documents and continued maintenance of the Bank?s loan files, providing loan documentation to the Lending Department and assisting them with as needed materials, coordinating with the Compliance Officer to ensure accuracy of files. Additionally, the Commercial Loan Administrator will supervise the In-House (non-secondary market) Loan Operations staff to include training Loan Operations staff, as well as preparing and maintaining proper procedures to comply with Bank?s Credit Policy. The ideal Commercial Loan Administrator will have a minimum of 5 years of community banking, commercial loan processing, experience, as well as familiarity and proficiency with Laser Pro commercial loan processing software. Requirements

Responsibility Statement: ? Supervises In-House (non-secondary market) Loan Operations staff. ? Provides loan documentation, processing and assistance to the Lending Department. Responsible for processing loan documents using Laser Pro. Preparing loan files with all necessary documents and continued maintenance of the Bank?s loan files. ? Coordinates with the Compliance Officer to ensure accuracy of files. ? Provides training for In-House Loan Operations Staff. ? Prepares and maintains proper procedures to comply with Bank?s Credit Policy Essential Functions: ? Preparation of loan documents and loan file maintenance ? Orders and completes title work, flood certifications, credit reports, UCC filings, title processing and other items necessary to secure collateral. ? Manges construction loan draw process, coordinates with builders and borrowers ? Manages and updates Tickler reports ? Prepares loan board reports for comptroller ? Processes paid files ? Serves as Loan Committee Secretary o Compiles all necessary reports o Assembles loan presentations o Takes minutes of meetings ? Comply with all BSA and Compliance regulations ? Cross-trains Loan Operations staff Standards of Performance: ? Complete customer service and research as needed ? Back up for Loan Servicer ? Preparation of FHLB quarterly reports and loan payoffs ? Backup for the Mortgage Loan Processor Experience/ Education: ? Minimum of five (5) years? experience in banking, community bank experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: ? Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Laser Pro Software required ? Advanced knowledge of banking principals ? Advanced communications and customer service skills ? Advanced troubleshooting and follow-up skills ? Solid Team Player with strong relationship building skills ? Prior supervisory experience in loan operations environment
