Item Processing/Proof Senior Specialist Temp, Miami, Florida
This is a part-time temporary position through 12/31/20
The Item Processing Specialist is responsible for the implementation of projects impacting key processes of Item Processing and strategic agenda for the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Implementation of key projects impacting different key processes in the Item Processing units. Projects covered different areas of the unit: first and second day processes: outgoing cash letters, returns, charge backs, exceptions, etc. Ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements
- Responsibility covered all phases of the different projects: requirements gathering and documenting, assist in any question related to the development of the projects, user acceptance testing, training other users, implementation and production monitoring.
- Assist in the post production phase to ensure goals are met
Monday - Friday - Various shifts between 9:00 am - 7:00 pm.

Must be a team player, have the ability to work under pressure, have a professional image and be able to resolve problems and conflicts. Must be able to prioritize work and effectively manage time and have the ability to manage change.
Minimum Education and/or Certifications Requirements:
Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree in Business preferred. (Although experience could offset educational requirement).
Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum five years' experience in an Item Processing Unit with strong knowledge of processes including outgoing cash letters and 2nd day process such as returns, charge-backs, exceptions, etc. required,
Previous experience in project implementation and User Acceptance Testing strongly preferred. Knowledge in the design of Robotic Processes using RPA tools desired. These RPA tools automate interactions with the different systems and often do so by repeating a set of demonstration actions performed by a user.
Technical and/or Other Essential Knowledge:
Previous experience with Outlook, Internet and MS Office Skills, including MS Word, MS Excel , MS PowerPoint as well as experience with Item Processing systems. Knowledge of RPA tools preferable. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
