Investment Banking Analyst for Premier Richmond client! My expanding client is seeking a dynamic Analyst to join their investment team. Market earnings potential with bonuses paid upon deal execution. Your responsibilities in this role: *performance of financial and valuation analysis, including in-depth financial modeling and analysis; *research of financial and strategic buyers; drafting transaction marketing materials such as confidential information memoranda and management presentations; *preparing pitch presentations for meetings with prospective clients; *facilitating due diligence requests, including the management of virtual data rooms and communication with prospective buyers.

- Practical knowledge in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong familiarity with investment financial modeling - Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations - Financial analysis & planning (go-to-market experience preferable) - Strong problem solving and analytical skills Skills and abilities : 1) Excel Expert 2) Advanced financial modeling 3) Extensive experience with valuation models for deals 4) Exceptional presentation skills , primarily written in visual and written formats, preparing presentations and offering memorandums ( Excel, Powerpoint etc) 5) GAAP financial statement foundation 6) Degree in Finance or Accounting 7) CFA or CPA highly preferred 8) Prior experience in investments, Private equity or venture capital, or other investment banking experience highly preferred Please send resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] for immediate consideration!
