Grant Finance Manager - International Nonprofit

Our client is looking for a strong Grant Finance Manager who thrives working at a fast pace and enjoys working for an international mission driven organization. This International Organization is located on the west side, is stable and well known for the services they provide. The hours are full-time with flexibility. Great Team ready to train and support you through challenges as they come up. The offices are beautiful and modern. Position could start next week for the right person.

Grant Finance Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop proposal budgets
  • Gather and edit proposal forms and documents
  • Work with program and finance teams on new project setup while ensuring donor compliance
  • Support field office budget development
  • Financial reporting for grants
  • Oversee cash management of grants and contracts
  • Assist in the preparation for the annual public audit, to include preparing assigned audit schedules
  • Review follow-up items for internal audits, as requested


Requirements

Grant Finance Manager Background:

  • Experience in a fast pace, high volume department.
  • Good communication, both verbal and through email.
  • Quick start, ready to hit the ground running and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding for a cultural/political/religious environment and commitment to a mission driven organization.
