A client of ours has a dire need for a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accounting Manager to govern over financial statement preparation, audit, clerical staff, full cycle A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and cash flow. Seeking a full-time Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accounting Manager to join their Telecom Services team, our client in the Lynnwood, Washington area, is working with Robert Half Finance and Accounting to find a qualified candidate to join their Telecom Services team. Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accounting Manager Salary: DOE + Benefits Location: Lynwood, WA Industry: Telecommunications How you will make an impact - Clarify business license and gross receipts - Competent in credit card management and reconciliation - Regulate Accounts Receivable - Provide monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents - Create cash flow projections, as needed - Put subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirements together - Handle monthly accounting close - Keep Accounts Payable up to date - Group sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments - File budget transfers - Fashion cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc. - Additional special projects if necessary

Requirements

- Microsoft Excel experience desired - BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred - Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing - Detailed and have the ability work independently - Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines - Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision - Proven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills - Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity - Notable accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred - Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
