Financial Planning and Analysis Manager needed for a growing manufacturing company in south Charlotte. The FP A Manager is an integral piece of the finance team. To be successful in the role, the FP A Manager must have strong business and financial acumen, along with exceptional communication and presentation skills. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. The FP A Manager will prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly annual reports for the consolidated us group. The FP A Manager will create proforma financials. The FP A Manager will establish company site metrics from the guidance of the leadership team. The FP A Manager will be responsible for performing before and after analysis for plan versus actual, and multiple versions of forecasts. The Ideal candidate for the FP A Manager role will be able to work with and create large data set. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Advanced degree and or CPA is preferred for this role The FP A Manager will have supervision responsibilities over an FP A analyst and cost analyst.
