Financial Planning Analysis Manager needed in the Fox Cities area! Our client, a reputable and growing Fox Cities area manufacturing company is in need of an FP A Manager to lead their finance team! Responsibilities of the FP A Manager include but are not limited to: ? Assist in the preparation of annual and strategic business plans, focusing on underlying business drivers and sensitivity analysis by modeling and quantifying the potential effects of changes in business drivers. ? Support monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reporting, including data compilation and analysis. ? Prepare and further develop a monthly financial reporting package with supporting analysis. ? Analyze and interpret variance fluctuations between actual, budget and prior year amounts, focusing on developing business trends and their implications. ? Prepare analytical support for external auditors, including flux analysis and explanations of P L and balance sheet account changes. ? Perform special studies, comparative benchmarking, one-off analysis, and other special projects, as required. ? Compile and assist in the development and reporting of KPI?s to effectively align strategic initiatives within the business. ? Create new financial models to support the analysis of complex business and accounting issues. ? Recommend and help implement cost containment / reduction strategies and efficiencies. ? Prepare profitability analysis at location, customer and job levels. ? Develop, manage and drive cost reduction project (capital and non-capital) analysis, justification and recording Ideal candidates for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the manufacturing industry, a BS in Accounting or Finance, and supervisory experience. A competitive salary of up to $110,000 is offered along with bonus potential and excellent benefits.
