To apply to this Financial Planning & Analysis Manager role, please send your resume to John Sadofsky (john.sadofsky "AT" roberthalf.com) ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast process for corporate departments - Provide insightful monthly variance analysis, through collaboration with functional leadership - Partner with functional leaders to analyze and improve expense performance and identify risks and opportunities - Partner with business leadership on strategic initiatives to drive growth; perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improvement recommendations - Support strategic plan, AOP development, and financial reporting through deck preparation for executive leadership and Board of Directors
