Local Aerospace company in search of a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. This position will act as project leader for the development financial plans and financial analysis for the Tucson location. Duties will include developing timelines, plan guidance and plan assumptions. Gathers and analyzes information on which to base plan assumption. Oversees the development and preparation of alternative plan models. Presents summaries to the Management team. Responsible for special projects involving financial analysis of information on inventory, costs, headcount,profit maximization, expense targets both within finance or as a member of a cross functional or customer team. Requirements: Strong understanding of global business environment and Customers business, organization, products and processes. Ability to lead complex negotiations effectively. Expert skills in in software analytical tools, such as ERP system and Microsoft Office. Must have outstanding communication skills,both verbally and in writing, with all internal and external customers. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. 8+ years of relevant work experience preferably Aerospace industry. Advance d computer skills.
