One of our clients, A smaller but extremely successful Investment Advisory Firm, is seeking a Financial Planner for their organization. This is a newly created position due to growth in the organization and for succession planning. This position will directly report to the Owners/Head Financial Planners. Unlike many other Investment Firms, this position is not expected to participate in business development, but more learn the business and provide value from a Planning and Execution perspective for the current Advisors. Duties would include: • Preparing Financial plans • Implementing the firm’s Asset Management services • Eventually grow and service own clients • Assisting with compliance issues • Communicating with clients • Taking notes and implementing recommendations during client meetings • Directly supporting the firm’s Advisors Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Business (Finance degree highly preferred) • CFP Designation, or willingness to complete it • Series 66 or willingness to complete it quickly • Experience in the Wealth Management/Investment industry • Strong communication skills and professionalism • Tech savvy and ability to use several Financial Platforms Client is offering competitive base salary, bonus opportunity, good benefits, nice office with cutting edge technology, and a winning culture! Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business (Finance degree highly preferred) • CFP Designation, or willingness to complete it • Series 66 or willingness to complete it quickly • Experience in the Wealth Management/Investment industry • Strong communication skills and professionalism • Tech savvy and ability to use several Financial Platforms
