Financial Call Center Specialist

The CSI Companies is seeking 2 Service Account Managers for a client of ours located in St. Petersburg, FL. This would be a temporary contract expected to last 3-6 months for a large credit union service organization. 

The CSI Companies understands that an attractive benefits package is important for recruiting above-average candidates. Schedule: Mon-Fri, normal business hours

Location: St. Pete, FL 33716

Compensation: $15-21/hr based on experience  

Contract for 3-6 months


Seeking a Product Support Specialist for a project opportunity with a large company in the Financial Technology sector, serving over 1,500 credit unions nationwide!

BASIC FUNCTION
Under minimal supervision, this position will serve as the main operational point of contact for support and escalations of day to day operations for one of the following LOBs including: Credit, Debit, Total Member Care or eCommerce and related products for credit unions. The incumbent will provide Level I and II support for products, services and applications related to these platforms.

Skills/Experience

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Taking incoming customer calls in a call center environment
  • Basic troubleshooting (not necessarily IT) and functional product knowledge
  • Experience focused on credit cards/services/systems is a plus
  • Input customer information and assign tickets
