Robert Half Finance is seeking skilled candidates for a Financial Analyst position with a long-standing company. This role's primary duties will consist of implementing financial modeling on various financial products as well as measure, analyze, and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans. You will also be required to advise management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and prepare reports for management. How you will make an impact:

- Understand and explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending

- Analyze performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities

- Produce and manage forecasting reports

- Drive monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and if any actions are required

- Work with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization

- Work alongside cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to ensure plans are properly executed

- Enable effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support

- Drive P& L forecasting and Area/Segment-level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis

Requirements

- Financial planning & analysis (go-to-market experience a plus)

- Familiar with Spreadsheet and ERP system

- Bachelor's Degree in finance or a related field

- Cash forecasting experience highly desired

- System Implementation experience

- Financial analysis experience

- Strong familiarity with Determining System Improvements

- Proven knowledge of financial modeling

- Command of budget forecasting

- Well-founded grasp of forecasting & modeling

- General familiarity with Microsoft Excel

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

- Able to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds

- Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required
