Major responsibilities - Flexible individuals comfortable with large amounts of information, and adept at managing expectations - Compose and oversee forecasting reports - Work alongside senior executives on strategic deep dives to create financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, event tracking and execution, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, and strategic resource allocation, and prioritization - Deliver valuable foresight and decision support by enabling effective Business Intelligence (BI) - Look over performance to date while assessing potential opportunities and risks - Possess the know-how and be able to explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending - Lead monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and if any actions are required - Track of monthly and quarterly performance by comparing actuals versus expectations to ensure business partners handle their resources r - Work on monthly and quarterly financial close processes in collaboration with the Accounting team - Work closely with cross functional partners in Accounting and Operations to execute against plans - Endorse weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings as well as P&L forecasting

Requirements

- Less than one year of experience required - Practical knowledge in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity - Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools experience a plus - Background in financial analysis and planning - Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel - Knowledge of financial analysis - Skilled in the construction and delivery of effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds - BA/BS degree in finance or a related field - Familiar with Spreadsheet and ERP system
