Robert Half Finance is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join a thriving company. Conducting financial modeling on various financial products as well as measure, analyze, and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans will be the main responsibilities in this position. The Financial Analyst will also advise management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and prepare reports for management. What you get to do every day - Understand and be able to explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending - Enable successful Business Intelligence (BI) to deliver valuable foresight and decision support - Collaborate with senior executives on strategic deep dives on creating financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, event tracking and execution, Campaign Planning Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, and strategic resource allocation, and prioritization - Compose and oversee forecasting reports - Track of monthly and quarterly performance by comparing actuals versus expectations to ensure business partners handle their resources r - Work alongside cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to see the proper execution of plans - The ideal candidate should be a highly flexible individual who is comfortable with large amounts of information and adept at managing expectations - Drive monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required - Collaborate with the Accounting team on the monthly and quarterly financial close process - Survey performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities - Support Area/Segment level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis, as well as P L forecasting If your background and experience aligns with the requirements of this opportunity, please send your resume in a Microsoft Word document to Joe Ciavardini at [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] for immediate consideration. Requirements

- BA/BS degree in finance or a related field - Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively - Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required - Experience in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) - Familiar with Spreadsheet and ERP system - Financial planning analysis (go-to-market experience preferential) - Practical knowledge in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Outstanding communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations - Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
