To apply to this Financial Analyst role, please send your resume to John Sadofsky (john.sadofsky "AT" roberthalf.com) Responsibilities - Collaborate with senior executives on strategic deep dives on creating financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, event tracking and execution, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, and strategic resource allocation, and prioritization - Work alongside cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to see the proper execution of plans - Possess the know-how and be able to explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending - Produce and monitor forecasting reports - Provide valuable foresight and decision support through effective Business Intelligence (BI) - Track monthly and quarterly performance through comparison of actuals versus expectations and enable business partners to handle their resources - Propel monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions necessary - The ideal candidate should be a highly flexible individual who is adept at managing expectations and comfortable with handling large amounts of information - Work on monthly and quarterly financial close processes in collaboration with the Accounting team - Survey performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities - Drive P&L forecasting and Area/Segment-level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis

Requirements

- Prior experience in Spreadsheet and ERP system - BA/BS degree in finance or a related field - Financial planning & analysis (go-to-market experience preferential) - Background in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly valued (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) - Strong problem-solving skills - Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Experience in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) - Skilled in the construction and delivery of effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds - Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well - Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools experience a plus
