Brittany Faccinetti with Robert Half Finance & Accounting [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]) is recruiting for a Financial Analyst opportunity at private multi-family opportunity that services a select group of senior executives, founders and families of significant wealth. My client provides their clients with a high level of investing acumen and financial services support. Headquartered in San Francisco, this team opened a Reno location and is seeking to expand their local office. This is a dynamic team, high energy, highly motivated group of people. The ideal candidate will be a self-started, and demonstrated a strong passion for global financial markets, and has an interest in pursuing a career in private wealth management. The Principal Analyst will assist Senior Portfolio Managers in the oversight, and management, of client investment portfolios as well as broader wealth planning such as private banking, philanthropy, and estate planning. The Analyst will also have heavy responsibilities in reporting, including performance reporting, quarterly tax reporting while utilizing the company's internal software to ensure the data is current and accurate. Other responsibilities will include monitoring client's portfolios to ensure that these portfolios are in-line with defined risk and liquidity targets, as well as long-term asset allocation for each particular client. Other responsibilities may include reviewing and recommending investments, trade and private investing, and working with external partners (such as CPAs, Attorneys, and private bankers) to ensure the assisting of broader wealth planning strategies for the clients. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working within a financial services firm, with preference of high wealth clients. A Degree in Finance is required (would consider Economics or Business Management with existing experience). Advanced Excel is also required - pivot tables, v-lookups, macros. This individual must have strong communication skills, both written and verbally and have a professional presence. At this time, interviews will be conducted virtually. The office is currently closed due to COVID, TBD in the re-opening. New hires will be expected to start remotely until further notice. Adequate training will be provided. Pay is commensurate upon experience. Company also offers a very lucrative benefits package including bonuses, 401k match, profit sharing options, unlimited vacation and personal time off, gym reimbursement, cell phone stipend, the list continues.... Requirements

-Bachelor's Degree in Finance (or related field) -2+ years minimum work experience; 3+ years preferred - Alternative Investments experience desired - Spreadsheet and ERP system experience recommended - Experience with financial data management processes & systems, e.g. Oracle/Hyperion/SAP Business Objects/SFDC/Tableau- BA/BS degree in finance or a related field - Experience in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) - Firm understanding of problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)
