Financial Analyst/Web Design

Our Client is a leading privately held merchant bank deploying capital to identify, create, design and develop, surgeon-innovated, life-changing neuro-musculoskeletal technologies of tomorrow through creating, developing, building, financing and operating neuro-musculoskeletal companies in the medical technology, medical instrument, medical device implant, biotech, biological, pharmaceutical healthcare service, healthcare delivery and business consulting segments.
Position Overview
The Network Financial Analyst will be an integral part of a team to introduce, launch, and rollout an online platform that easily allows high-net-worth individuals to become a member of an investment network that allows them to make private investments in Company sponsored deals through Special Purpose Investment Vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Integral member of the team in executing transactions including conducting financial analyses, valuation analyses, building financial models and supporting due diligence and integration planning
  • Conducting research on new target opportunities, competitive analyses, and other research
  • Monitoring market and technology trends to help identify acquisition and other business investment opportunities
  • Maintaining acquisition pipeline reports
  • Creating and delivering presentations to senior management.
  • Helping to establish best practice processes and templates for deal execution, valuation, financial analyses, inter-departmental communication and coordination and other M&A-related activities
  • Manage the coordination of responses to investor questions and concerns
  • Assist in preparation for investor meetings
  • Ad hoc projects as needed



Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years Investment Banking/Healthcare experience
  • Expert level Power Point, Internet, and web development skills
  • Comfortable building models, managing large amounts of data, and analyzing the output to identify trends or present solutions
  • Ability to interact with and build relationships with people from different departments and levels of seniority
  • Team player with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Highly efficient with technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Speak Italian, French or German
