Financial Analyst (Acquisitions)

The Financial Analyst will work under the Acquisitions Director to assist in performing sophisticated financial analyses, participate in due diligence, including investment and market analysis. Participate in large, high-profile transactions with direct access and exposure to senior-level executives as well as within the real estate community

A bachelor's degree in Finance or Real Estate
One or more years of experience, including internships
Solid organization and analytical skills, as well as an understanding of complex financial analysis
Advanced Excel skills
