The Hilton Atlanta is now hiring an experienced Director of Performance Analytics to join its team!
A Director, Performance Analytics Responsibilities & Position Purpose:
Manage multiple Labor Management System (LMS) sites coordinating key tasks and deliverables including strategic and tactical direction and analytical support. Work directly with property leadership and Operational Excellence team to innovate and deliver best-in-class LMS and Operational Effectiveness (OE). Analyze and
monitor labor effectiveness for all jobs and optimize for ideal service and team member engagement at minimum cost.
