Digital Banking Services Rep

Job Summary:

Support the day to day operations of Retail and Business Online Banking. This includes bill payment functions. Support to CustomerLine staff through the call center and Branch staff through the Help Desk for assistance with customer related issues for all aspects of online banking. Respond to customer communications received through the online banking as well as the bank's general customer facing email. Support call center handling calls for the Help Desk and VISA support queues as well as cupport customer care during times of peak demand or as needed. Troubleshoot digital banking issues and open troubletickets with vendor and log complaints accordingly.

Skills/Qualifications:

1 + years in financial services as contact center / customer service representative •Professional communication skills both verbal and written. •Knowledge of operating systems and procedures. Digially savvy and experienced with the latest mobie devices, browsers and operating systems. •Demonstrated ability to work independantly and make sound business decisions in accordance with banking procedures and regulations •Analytical skills to troubleshoot customer issue Working knowledge of banking systems a plus (Miser, Digital Banking, Excel)

Must be able to work M-F 5pm to 8 pm; Sat/Sun 8am to 2pm

While many of those institutions have disappeared into history, Apple Bank continues to stand strong, tracing its roots to the founding bank that was established in 1863 in the Dutch community of Haarlem, New York. In prosperous Haarlem, a group of men committed to serve the financial needs of their neighbors under the auspices of the Haarlem Savings Bank. The Haarlem of that time would be unrecognizable today, with working farms and undeveloped lots dominating the landscape. In April 1863, these men convened at the Rosenbourgh Haarlem Bridge House, a tavern owned by one of the bank’s first trustees, to finalize paperwork that led to the bank opening its doors in June, about a month before the infamous draft riots tore apart the city.
