Support the day to day operations of Retail and Business Online Banking. This includes bill payment functions. Support to CustomerLine staff through the call center and Branch staff through the Help Desk for assistance with customer related issues for all aspects of online banking. Respond to customer communications received through the online banking as well as the bank's general customer facing email. Support call center handling calls for the Help Desk and VISA support queues as well as cupport customer care during times of peak demand or as needed. Troubleshoot digital banking issues and open troubletickets with vendor and log complaints accordingly.
1 + years in financial services as contact center / customer service representative •Professional communication skills both verbal and written. •Knowledge of operating systems and procedures. Digially savvy and experienced with the latest mobie devices, browsers and operating systems. •Demonstrated ability to work independantly and make sound business decisions in accordance with banking procedures and regulations •Analytical skills to troubleshoot customer issue Working knowledge of banking systems a plus (Miser, Digital Banking, Excel)
Must be able to work M-F 5pm to 8 pm; Sat/Sun 8am to 2pm
