Customer Service Representative – Direct Hire!


CSI Companies is hiring customer service representatives for one of the nation’s largest credit union services. This company’s operations and reporting have played a pivotal role to current industry standards, and the 1500 locations they service across the US!!

The opportunity is working in the fraud detection department supporting customers in an inbound/outbound call center in a state-of-the art facility in North Phoenix and is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has strong customer service skills including de-escalation, empathy, and ability to provide accurate information and product knowledge. Call center preferred but not required!
  • Must have administrative experience, including strong typing skills and accuracy regarding call documentation and back office documentation.  
  • Experience with financials or payment processing/account management a plus.
  • Long-term plans to stay and grow with a company. The position is direct placement and hiring managers are interested in long-term candidates only.

  • 1+ years of call center or administrative experience
  • Must have High-speed internet and professional workspace to work from home
  • Must be able to commute to location and available to work in call center once re-opened
  • Must clear BG and drug to start
