BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative in Pennington (NJ) 08534.

Expected Duration: 06+ Months Contract
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 AM - 06:30 PM

Job Description

  • Provides subject knowledge expertise to branch offices on the client Monthly and Tax Reporting statements through tutorial based phone calls.
  • Support outbound call campaigns
  • Participates in ad-hoc projects and specialty needs

Required skills

  • Must have experience in Customer Service and/or Financial Industry
  • Good verbal communication skills - ability to interact with various band levels
  • Demonstrate a 'self-starter' behavior and a willingness to help others
  • Proven Flexibility/adaptability within a changing environment (multitasking, able to move quickly from task to task dealing with high volumes at a fast pace).
  • Well-developed organizational and analytical skills and decision-making skills to effectively manage risk.
  • Attention to detail, focus on quality, strong organization and time management.
  • Results/goal driven, self-starter with ability to manage tasks with limited supervision while functioning collaboratively as a part of a larger team.
  • Team player, ability to work cooperatively with others and embrace change with a positive approach.

Desired skills

  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • College degree preferred
