Customer Relationship Associate

Description

My client is a well known public bank in the greater Bakersfield area looking for a Customer Relationship Associate.   This is a locally owned company that delivers the highest level of customer service through qualified employees.  They are look to add to their team for the long term!

This person will be:

  • Responding to all load related customer service request
  • Set up credit files and ensure accuracy of information
  • Ensure all documents are in line for loan processing such as financial statements,  insurance, etc. 
  • Work with title company to obtain property profiles, title reports, and other documents
  • Gathers deposits and treasury management documents from customers in a customer-focused manner
  • Work with customer service manager to resolve issues and provides status updates on implementations
  • Helps with customer document signing, collecting fee's, and verifying existing or past due interest payments. 
  • Partners with customer service manager to complete line of business operational projects as necessary
  • Obtain bids for appraisals and environmental reports
  • Provide customer service manager with  a 90-day maturity report

Requirements

  • Ability to identify cross-sell opportunities and participate in moderately complex customer transactions
  • Ability to manage client and vendor relationships
  • Intermediate data entry skills needed
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Beginning knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of treasury management industry, products and services
  • Banking operations experience
