Credit Collections Specialist

WINE DISTRIBUTION CENTER IN BEAUTIFUL NAPA VALLEY IS SEEKING A CREDIT/COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST!  THE PAY IS UP TO $23.00 AN HOUR DOE.  THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION THAT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO TURN INTO A LONG TERM OPPORTUNITY.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 3-5 years high volume corporate collections experience
  • Knowledge of billing and collections procedures
  • Accounts receivable knowledge/experience
  • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office programs, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics plus. Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel is required. Proficient with Excel functions such as Vlookup, Sumif, pivot tables and building templates.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
