Essential Functions of the Corporate Receptionist:

  • Provide and ensure the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers as well as Corporate OSG and field office employees.
  • Demonstrate proper phone etiquette by using appropriate script to answer and direct in-bound calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Establish total awareness/ company knowledge to ensure quality of customer service.
  • Maintains an organized and professional reception area.
  • Provides routine administrative support to include composing and typing documents, create spreadsheets, send emails, filing, faxing, etc.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of administrative experience, to include typing skills of at least 40 wpm.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel.
  • Excellent verbal/ written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and interact effectively in a team environment.
  • Consistently displays high character and a strong work ethic.
