In this hands-on role, the Contract Support Specialist will work closely with the sales support contract team, legal counsel, accounting and operations personnel, both internally and externally to facilitate the sales contract drafting, negotiations, activation, compliance, modifications, renewal and close out. Requirements

Qualifications and Expectations: - 3+ years experience administering commercial and/or government contracts; thorough knowledge of cradle to grave contracts management including sales and vendor set up agreements, maintaining contracts database, supplier agreements, contract modifications and close out. - Responsible for developing contract administration policies, systems, procedures and compliance with support of legal counsel, operations, sales and senior management. - Facilitate cross functional communication between Quality Assurance, Logistics, Production, Marketing, External Brokers, Legal and Contracts. - Work alongside key stakeholders to ensure contract compliance of all vendor contracts terms and conditions with our clients, escalating potential compliance issues to Management. - Review and evaluate requests for changes in, or revisions of, supplier/sales contracts. - Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Access; Certificate of Contract Management preferred - Exceptional communication, written and verbal along with organizational, analytical and strategic process improvement skillset If you are interested in this position please submit a resume in word format to Sara Laughton at Robert Half at [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] or call Sara Laughton at Robert Half at 703-437-7723, or contact your recruiting manager if you are already working with Robert Half.
