There is an exciting opportunity for employment as a full-time Contact Center Lending Agent. This position is located in our Columbus, IN location.
Responsible for positive member experience through service and sales performance that occurs primarily through interaction with members over the phone, on the internet, by fax or mail using various desktop applications and best practices. Responsible for providing first contact resolution and service recovery through cognitive thinking and actively listening to the needs of the member. Responsible for developing a lending specialty and for managing activities to obtain monthly goals primarily focused around loan generation, member development, checking and online banking growth. Practices issue resolution from basic to complex, employing active problem solving and account analysis to provide solutions based on member needs. Performs account opening, closing, payment processing, maintenance functions, and technical troubleshooting for all types of products and services. Also, demonstrates empowered decision- making skills to best serve members and the rest of the Credit Union team. Assist employees and managers in responding to a variety of member needs by providing support to Credit Union branches.
