Job Description:

• Work with the sales team to gather installation instructions and work order information needed to complete the job
• Ensure the job is completed from start to finish in a timely manner
• Oversee and handle scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and installers
• Research and coordinate local vendors needed to fulfill installation orders
• Responsible for scheduling and delivery of products needed to fulfill the job order
• Monitor and ensure installations are done properly and finished
• Communicate scheduling details for builders and sales managers
• Create and manage construction budget
• Assist with subcontractor invoices
• Hire staff needed to complete job orders
• Acquire equipment and materials needed to complete job
• Prepare progress reports for jobs
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, reporting any issues

• Knowledge of construction methodologies and procedures
• Ability to coordinate a team of construction professionals to achieve the highest quality results
• Previous experience as an installation/project manager
