The Fiduciary Control Communications Management Department provides control and compliance functions and monitoring analysis support, to trust and custody accounts for worldwide institutional clients. The unit's primary emphasis is on communication flow and data distribution relating to domestic and international trade activity, corporate actions and wire monitoring. The candidate must be committed to customer satisfaction and seamless communication data flow. S/He will be part of a team that supports a 24/5 environment. The team is required to quickly diagnose an issue and provide communication as to the resolution time. The team is comprised of associates located in Everett and Pittsburgh who are responsible for reducing both financial and reputation risk by managing communication flow through SWIFT, proprietary feeds and central fax. The incumbent will work as the Team Leader during assigned shift schedule. Responsibilities include scheduling, volume analysis and senior support. The incumbent will participate in internal discussions initiatives including but not limited to agent testing, new product or service initiatives
