Our client is an ultra-high-touch bank that provides a "white glove" service who prides themselves in the best client experience throughout the Private Wealth Management space. The Client Service Operations Associate on the Service Excellence and Loyalty team is the liaison between the Client Service Associate and the various departments involved in account opening and maintenance. The operations associates works closely with various custodians and funds for account opening, maintenance subscriptions to alternative investments. Within the bank, the team works closely with compliance, technology, and the alternative investments department to facilitate transaction and reconciliation between various alternative funds and custodians. Process signed paperwork ? Pre-fill Private Placement Document (Alternative investments) ? Process signed Private Placement Document (Alternative investments) ? Customer-Relationship Management (CRM) data entry and maintenance ? Maintain/reconcile differences between custodian CRM systems ? Maintain files for compliance ? including Know Your Customer (KYC) creation and maintenance ? Work with custodians to ensure timely account opening ? Provide continuous status updates and communication with associates ? Process Assets Held Away for performance reporting data or trading groups
Key requirements: ? Recent graduates to 2+ years of related experience (Internship in Wealth Management experience acceptable) ? Hungry, Motivated, Humble. Highly organized with attention to detail. Willing and able to roll up your sleeves and GROW the business. ? Takes ownership of their work and enjoys working collaboratively towards a common goal. ? Salesforce experience a big plus ? This role works in both their San Francisco office (2 days) and their Palo Alto office (3 days). The split can be somewhat flexible.
