Chief Financial Officer To $150,000 plus great benefits My client is a $30+ million DC based NFP looking to hire a new Chief Financial Officer to direct and oversee the financial activities of the organization. You will support the President and Board with the following - Oversee the preparation of the annual cash budget, develop all reports for management and Board - Provide accurate financial reports to management and the Board - Manage the long-range planning efforts, providing financial analysis and forecasts to support findings - Oversee tax return planning and work with external tax preparer to complete the annual tax returns - Manage the company’s relationship with banks, custodians, depository accounts, and investment accounts - Lead the completion of internal audits, present findings to the Audit Committee - Maintain a detailed system of internal controls to safeguard the financial assets - Obtain Board approval to negotiates/secures capital financing (bond financing, lines of credit) - Oversee debt obligations and fulfills all covenant requirements imposed by lenders For more information on this and other fulltime accounting and finance opportunities across the DC metro area, please contact Richard Milne – Senior Vice President (Finance & Accounting) at Robert Half on 301-656-7121 or email in the strictest confidence to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]
