The Capacity Planning Resource Manager (CP R) wears many hats to support the production of consumer product and skills training programs retail and corporate employees. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Education Strategy, the role drives greater operational efficiency by creating and maintaining long-term capacity forecasts, ensuring department leadership have insights for strategic decision-making related to resource deployment. In addition, the CP R Manager will deploy and maintain Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software across the Education department as well related methodologies and best practices that support full adoption and compliance. Primary Responsibilities ? Develop, onboard and maintain a capacity planning function including demand management methods and principles ? Operationalize and lead a monthly stakeholder business review of pipeline demand, modeling what-if scenario impact to project roadmap ? Analyze complex alternative courses of action and deliver prioritized recommendations on how best to utilize excess/shortfall capacity positions ? Work collaboratively with the project management team in standing-up PPM software across the department to deliver better project planning, execution and change management ? Design and maintain scalable, repeatable and well-documented work breakdown structures (WBS) and critical project pathways ? Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed that support budget and project management ? Drive continuous capacity planning and resource management process improvements ? Requirements

? Bachelor's degree or 5+ years relevant experience ? 3+ years? experience in resource management or related quantitative analysis ? 3+ years? experience in enterprise-level PPM software ? Advanced knowledge of Excel and business intelligence visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) ? Adept at understanding and articulating complex technical processes to a non-technical audience ? Effective relationship-building skills; ability to cultivate strong partnerships across teams ? Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal ? Strong time management skills; ability to balance priorities ? Experience in designing, owning and improving processes Preferred Qualifications ? PMP or RMCP certification ? Previous experience standing-up a capacity planning or resource/workload management functionality, including methodology development and system/platform integration ? Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while being flexible and able to handle rapidly-changing scenarios; someone who sees ambiguity as an opportunity rather than a hurdle ? Ability to generate clarity with the expressed purpose of aligning high-level stakeholders to plan and maintaining ?
