* Looking for an attorney with risk experience, maybe some technology exp.
o Risk rating for contracts and making sure they have worked with senior counsel and high-level attorneys - coming from larger corporations or private firm
* Reviewing 2300 contract risk packages for risk ratings but based on client - 20 contract documents but a lot of them don't, most of them are 4 - 10,000 total contract documents
* CIB is out of their project, 800 contract family went away over night

OLDER NOTES----

Manager has team within risk management contract group

Team deals with Client negotiated contracts- where they engage in larger clients-engage and fulfill services for client

They are doing the Remediation work around all the policy and procedures, controls
Need people to establish policy
Work and identify policy

This role will help develop the process and technology to lead contract attorneys to assess risk in existing contracts. Therefore, this role also requires: 1. Legal experience and to be recognized, both within the Corporation and among the general legal profession, as an accomplished authority on legal matters, specifically in contract.: 5+ years experience as a practicing attorney. State Bar membership is required. Juris Doctorate 2. Strong practical development and review experience with Remedy is needed. 3. Experience leading and managing contract attorney's through contract reviews 4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

FROM PAST REQ:-----
1 person will do Team collection of documents in SharePoint

They have a 3rd area-responsible for doing the testing so people don't need to be true testers

2 needs in their policy and control group
They will do gap analysis and then will write new controls policy
They identify root cause, find potential issues, they also have technology that is being integrated
Establish the new go forward practice
Understand risk, where to identify risk,,, then developer new process and controls--- identify current state and go forward.

Establishing controls to make sure processes are sound so controls don't have to be regulatory based

Strong with policy and procedure…

They so everything around Analysis, controls, and testing----

These positions support the development of a new contract process and system for client negotiated contract establishment. Skills needed vary, but with heavy focus on strategy, risk, process controls / design, requirements gathering and analysis skilled with SharePoint, Presentation building, reporting tools, requirements gathering, process redesign, Excel, Visio and excellent communication skills

Additional description:
* Serves as primary liaison between WCOO and Wholesale business lines and Enterprise partners (Technology, Audit, Legal, Compliance) in researching / defining / assessing risks and developing solutions (including risk management policies and process controls)
* Establishes priorities and drives accountability in developing business planning / road-mapping within and across lines of businesses; develops implementation strategies and achieves buy-in across Wholesale and the Enterprise; conducts interviews with line of business and enterprise senior leaders and subject matter experts, develops spreadsheet analysis and power point presentations
* Develops and presents reporting and analyses with key stakeholders and senior management
