Robert Half's Quad Cities client is seeking a Traveling Business Development Manager to help the company continue to grow! The BDM conducts and administers the operations and business development efforts of several branch offices that offers a full range of services to current and potential members. The Business Development Manager also develops and maintains financial relationships with members through the consultative selling process to determine. This is 40-70% travel position. The BDM will mainly travel to local offices, but sometimes be asked to visit locations that require airfare. The company will pay and reimburse expenses incurred during this time. Compensation and Benefits: $45-55k/yr base salary + commission Average commission $1,200-1,300/yr Competitive PTO Essential Functions of this Role: ? Integrates the credit union philosophy and operating principles and diligently promotes the credit union's Mission Statement into work habits, processes, and service delivery systems. ? Responsible for daily business including asset management, record retention, cash management, inventory, daily reconciliations, and office security. ? Searches for opportunities to promote products and service-usage to members that would benefit members and enhance their economic well-being. ? Coordinates and carries out deposit, lending, and member services functions in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures. ? Serves members in many capacities - loan representative, member service representative, and marketing representative as needed. ? Works directly with members and sales leadership to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in the area. ? Builds business and relationships by scheduling, organizing, and delivering various Lunch Learns, New Hire Orientations, or similar events. ? Develops and implements plans and schedules for efficient and outstanding service-delivery. ? Meets or exceeds unit sales goals for new members and accounts, loans, new deposits, ancillary products, and services per household.
