Growing company is looking to add to staff!!

A Financial/ Business Analyst position has been created to help this growing company with benchmarking and analytics. This well-established company is growing organically, and is ready to build out their FP& A function. The Financial Analyst/ Business Analyst will report directly to a hands on CFO who takes great pride in developing and mentoring staff.

Core responsibilities include financial trend analysis, reviewing variances, building out dashboards and KPI reporting, ad hoc reporting and financial modeling. This role will be responsible for manipulating large sets of data by using various systems, so much be system savvy and have experience with that. Minimum requirements include 2+ yrs. relevant experience, a basic knowledge of accounting principles, ERP systems experienced, advanced Excel skills, SQL experience, and ability to communicate with all levels of management. This will be a high exposure role, so personality will be key. Pluses include any experience with Workday, Tableau, VBA or TM1. BS degree is required.

Base salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience. This company offers competitive benefits and the ability to work remotely for a portion of your week.
