The Lead Business Analyst will utilize web-based configuration tools in tandem with Microsoft Excel to develop, maintain and decompose rating formulas. The Lead Business Analyst will also be responsible for using configuration tools to develop and maintain customer quoting portals. This is a challenging, multi-faceted opportunity in the Philadelphia area, at a company where effort is rewarded. Your responsibilities in this role • Develop accurate rating plans (algorithms and rating factors) for customer's insurance products • Decompose rating algorithms (typically provided in Microsoft Excel workbooks) and reconfigure factors and formulas using configuration tools • Develop forms selection, forms mapping logic and generation of forms issuance for customer's insurance products

Requirements

The ideal Lead Business Analyst candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education. Other requirements for the Lead Business Analyst position include and are not limited to: • 2+ years’ experience • Ability to work in both an independent and team focused atmosphere in a fast-paced multi-entity reporting environment. • Advanced/Expert skills in building Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros • Advanced/Expert with XML/XSLT/JSON • Strong analytical skills, ability to problem solve and anticipate problems based off previous experience • Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines • Outstanding organizational, written and verbal communication skills required • High attention to detail Interested candidates should reach out to Chad Hildebrand at 215.568.4580 and reference JO#03720-0011480758
