The successful candidate will handle day-to-day accounting responsibilities.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
general ledger entries, reconciling bank and other balance sheets, recording imports, reconciling inventory, preparing monthly financial reports, filing taxes, preparing financial statements and other administrative duties such as local and federal registrations. 

Additionally, this position will give support to the customer service manager, responding to customer inquiries, prepare and ship orders, support the sales team reports and sample shipments, and perform miscellaneous office tasks. 

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
• Excellent customer service and team work always starts with a smile
• Ability to work in a B2B environment
• Bilingual Spanish - English
• Ability to multi-task
• Good problem-solving skills
• Solution driven and proactive
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be a dependable and reliable team member
• Bookkeeping skills and tax knowledge
• Have outstanding oral and written communication skills
