Robert Half is seeking a Retail Banking Clerk/Bank Teller with universal banking experience or bank teller experience. We are working with a great client who oversees branches in the District Heights, MD and Alexandria, VA areas and is looking to bring on an eager individual to join their team.

This is a temporary engagement with an exciting opportunity for growth!

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting customers with account questions and/or concerns
• Assisting customers with processing transactions
• Ensuring all customer information is accurate and complete
• Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies
• Handling confidential information in a professional manner
• Tracking and recording information related to bank transactions and financial information
• Following bank financial and security regulations and procedures
• Providing professional customer service

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred
• 6+months of experience in Banking or related field
• Customer Service experience
• Cash-Handling experience
• Basic Math and Computer skills
