The largest full-service accounting firm in South Bay/Torrance is searching for a (Sr.) Audit Manager or Partner/Principal level professional! Responsibilities for Audit Manager / Partner Include: - Manage complex audits and preparing audit reports - Performing critical project management duties in the planning, scheduling, coordinating, reviewing and reporting of the work of audit teams - Planning, assignning and supervising the daily activities and work of the audit team - Use audit experience in performing risk assessment and development of audit approach - Anticipate and identify complex accounting, auditing, reporting, and tax issues - Perform a timely and throrough review of audit working papers and reports - Administrative and practice development functions within the firm and department Requirements for Audit Manager / Partner Include: - 8+ years of public accounting/audit experience - Active CPA license (out of state license is OK!) - CCH & Pfx Engagement software exp a plus, not required - Bachelor's degree in Accounting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation for the Audit Manager / Partner role is commensurate with experience plus bonus and very competitive benefits including 100% covered medical for employee and a generous 401k profit sharing plan.
