ASSISTANT MANAGER OF RETAIL BANKING
The candidate for this position would be responsible for providing leadership to Customer Service Managers of our retail branch offices to ensure achievement of all sales, business development and service goals. The candidate would oversee aspects of branch operations including employment process, performance management and personnel actions. Responsible for coaching, mentoring and providing feedback for improved performance.
Requirements for the position include a bachelor’s degree in a business related field (may be waived in lieu of experience), strong verbal and written communication skills, a minimum of two years supervisory experience within a financial/banking environment, a minimum of five years sales experience, and a minimum of five years’ experience working in customer service. The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required.
