Position               Administrative Admin (Accounting)
Shift :                   8:00am to 5:00pm
Duration:            12 month(s) contract to Hire
Location:             Columbus, OH 43219

 

Job Description:

  • Data Entry – Logging Electronic Invoicing
  • Researching Service Calls that are in completed status that have not been billed
  • Closing out old Service Calls as needed
  • Open new P.O.s
  • Will be trained on customer billing

Requirements:

  • Degree is not required
  • Accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Microsoft Excel is required
  • Customer Service Skills – knowing how to talk to people
  • Administrative experience
  • HVAC knowledge would be a huge plus
