You will work with management to streamline and upgrade processes.This role is not a sales role. It is an hands role responsible for the accounting /operations oversight.. This position provides guidance, training and supervision of accounting personnel. You will work with management on compliance and reporting. The OM is responsible for executing quality control checks of documentation, daily ledger balancing and file maintenance review. Duties - Management of all general ledger account balancing, including daily, weekly, month end reporting and assist quarterly 5300 call report - Input and approve wire transfers, Review, document and approve invoices - Oversee the full range of managerial duties for all administrative functions including adherence to policies and practices of bank and applicable regulatory and governmental agencies. - Manage all aspects of operations including processing, servicing, documentation review, post-closing and overall internal operations customer service. - Oversee the credit and debit card program, including payment posting, reporting, collections, charge offs, follow-ups, lead the loan operation’s team - Assume responsibility for special projects; gathers and delegates the collection of data and prepares reports for the board of directors, auditors and regulators. - Provide recommendations to the CEO / President to optimize processes and procedures to create operational efficiency. - Assure compliance with policies and procedures, and streamline process For more information on this role - call Danielle Tubero at 630-368-1175 or email [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]
