Cutting edge client in the Conshohocken, PA area needs a detail-oriented Project Coordinator with excellent customer service skills. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the project manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. In this Project Coordinator role, you will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and taking incoming client calls. Primary Duties • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information • Assist with preparing budgets • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Analyze risks and opportunities • Ensure that each crew has the tools it needs to meet project milestones • Point of contact for project status • Handle financial inquiries

Requirements
